The center strives to offer services at affordable fees.  CBBS is a Participating Provider of Medicare Services and accepts Medicare reimbursement and co-pay as payment in full.  Those patients with Medicare and Co-insurance have no costs.  Kaiser patients may also be able to receive treatment paid for by their Kaiser insurance if they have a referral and approval by Kaiser.  The center is not a member of any HMO or PPO.  CBBS has a fee structure for all other services which is due at the time of service.  We will bill your insurance strictly as a courtesy. 

            Individual appointments are made at the patient’s convenience following a brief telephone interview.  Please call (310) 556-0970 any weekday during routine office hours.  Early morning, evening, and Saturday hours are available on a limited basis.
